We are all exposed to a host of toxins in our environment. Most of us are looking for ways to reduce the toxins in our life or detox our bodies in an effort to achieve better health. I have some tips to help detox our systems.

This is a foot bath that you can buy on amazon in order to do the footbaths at home or there are holistic centers that offer these footbaths for a small fee. The Ionic foot bath is to remove toxins and other impurities in your body through the soles of your feet. It produces positive and negative ions, which flows through the body, stimulating the cells. The device can remove pin worms, parasites, mucous, nicotine and even heavy metals. You experience better mental clarity and increased energy after treatments. I know that there is some controversy as to whether these work or not. All I can say is that for me the results have been amazing. I have many health issues that disappear for weeks after having a foot bath. I have had such amazing results that I bought one for my personal use at home.
Infrared saunas are an effective tool for natural healing and prevention. Infrared light has the ability to penetrate human tissue which in turn produces a host of health benefits. This is used in combination with the ionic foot bath at the holistic center that I go to. You do the sauna first following by the foot bath. The results are amazing!
EPSOM SALT BATH
For a less drastic detox, you can put one to two cups of epsom salts and some essential oils in your bath water for a mild detox.
For a daily upkeep, you can drink water with lemon juice to keep your digestive track in order and help your system detox.
A daily routine that only takes five minutes, has amazing wellness benefits, helps your skin and feels good! Dry brushing helps unclog pores and release toxins that are under the skin.
Dandelion tea can help to detoxify the liver and make the body function better. Dandelion tea is a diuretic, which can help the body eliminate toxins and improve kidney function. Dandelion tea also increases detoxifying enzymes in the liver.
The best way to detox is to fast. Fasting gives your digestive system and your body a break. Intermittent fasting, water fasting and even dry fasting all give your immune system a boost and helps your body to detox and heal.
